In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "kkkkk club," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the operator of the kkkkkclub.org platform, licensed under PAGCOR to provide online gaming services to eligible Philippine residents.
• "Platform" — refers to the kkkkk club website at kkkkkclub.org, including all games, promotions, payment services, account systems, and content accessible through it.
• "Account" — the registered member account created by a User upon completing kkkkk club's registration and identity verification process.
• "User," "you," "your" — any individual who accesses, browses, or uses any part of the kkkkk club Platform.
• "Player" — a registered User with an active kkkkk club Account who participates in real-money gaming activities.
• "Balance" — the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.

• "PAGCOR" — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body authorized to regulate and license gaming operations in the Republic of the Philippines.

By accessing the kkkkk club Platform or creating an Account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To access real-money gaming on kkkkk club, you must complete the registration process accurately and honestly. Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. The following rules apply:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, mobile number, and email address.
• You must complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID. Accepted documents include: Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS/GSIS ID, Voter's ID, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, and Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) national ID.
• Duplicate accounts — multiple Accounts registered by the same person — are strictly prohibited. If kkkkk club identifies duplicate accounts, all associated Accounts will be suspended, bonus credits forfeited, and winnings derived from duplicate account activity subject to confiscation.
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information. Material changes (address, contact details) must be reported to kkkkk club support promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kkkkk club Account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. Specifically:

• You must not disclose your password or OTPs to any third party, including persons claiming to represent kkkkk club. kkkkk club will never ask for your full password via any communication channel.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account. Your Account is personal and non-transferable.
• You must notify kkkkk club immediately via Live Chat if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
• kkkkk club shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate Account security, except where such losses arise from kkkkk club's own negligence or wilful misconduct.

kkkkk club employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all account pages and implements two-factor authentication for sensitive account actions. These technical measures supplement but do not replace your obligation to maintain personal account security.

kkkkk club accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• All funds deposited must belong to the Account holder. kkkkk club does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person or from payment accounts not registered to the Account holder.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt. Processing times vary by payment method but are generally real-time for GCash and Maya.
• kkkkk club does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. kkkkk club is not liable for fees imposed by third-party payment processors.
• kkkkk club reserves the right to request documentation of the source of funds for deposits that trigger PAGCOR or AMLC reporting thresholds.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱200.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the kkkkk club Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. kkkkk club reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals.
• Withdrawal requests made while an active bonus is credited to the Account may be subject to wagering requirements before processing. The Account dashboard displays the current wagering status.
• Processing times: GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business hours during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• kkkkk club reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits per transaction or per day in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations and AMLC reporting requirements.

kkkkk club offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (turnover requirement) which must be completed before bonus-related winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiple is specified on each promotion's detail page.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money Balance. Where a Player holds both real-money Balance and Bonus Funds, wagers are deducted from Bonus Funds first unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses are issued per-account and are non-transferable. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a prohibited activity under Section 10 of these Terms.
• kkkkk club reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have accepted a bonus prior to its amendment will not have their existing wagering requirements retroactively changed.
• Certain game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements (e.g., live casino games may contribute at a lower rate than slot games). Contribution rates are specified on the promotion page.
• Bonuses obtained through misrepresentation, fraud, or exploitation of system errors will be forfeited in their entirety, along with any winnings generated from those bonus funds.

All games available on the kkkkk club Platform operate under the following standards:

• Slot games use Random Number Generators (RNGs) certified by independent testing laboratories including GLI, eCOGRA, BMM, or equivalent bodies recognized by PAGCOR. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and independently audited.
• Live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger) use physical cards, real roulette wheels, and real dice operated by trained professional dealers. Game outcomes are not software-generated in live dealer mode.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players or with kkkkk club employees to gain unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors to obtain winnings that would not be available under normal game operation.
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any financial crime in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
• Registering multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing account-level restrictions.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC, or using another person's identity to open an Account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the Platform's operation, harms other Players, or damages kkkkk club's reputation.

All content on the kkkkk club Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trade names — is the property of kkkkk club or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written permission of kkkkk club.

kkkkk club collects and processes personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules. The full details of what data is collected, how it is used, stored, and protected are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By creating a kkkkk club Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, PAGCOR compliance reporting, and AMLC obligations.

kkkkk club is committed to promoting responsible gaming in compliance with PAGCOR requirements. The following tools and measures are available to all Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via Account Settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure automatic alerts after a set duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary cooling-off period (minimum 24 hours) or a permanent self-exclusion via our support team. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for its stated duration.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kkkkk club's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kkkkk club shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss; (b) loss of profits, winnings, or opportunity; (c) losses arising from Player's own breach of these Terms; (d) losses resulting from interruption of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or third-party system failures including payment provider outages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit kkkkk club's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

kkkkk club reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time where:

• The Account holder breaches any provision of these Terms.
• kkkkk club is required to do so by PAGCOR directive, court order, or other legal obligation.
• Suspicious activity, potential fraud, or money laundering indicators are detected on the Account.
• The Account holder fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• The Account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.

Upon legitimate Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the Account holder via the original deposit method, subject to successful identity verification.

kkkkk club reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the registered account address or via in-Platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR directive or applicable law.

The current version of these Terms, with the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page, is the version in force. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the kkkkk club Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160 as amended).

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the kkkkk club Platform shall be first submitted to kkkkk club's formal complaints resolution process. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms for licensed operators. Where formal legal proceedings are necessary, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
